It is a plugin that helps build your community every time you leave a Comment on a post.

Here’s how it works.

How to Get Luv

These are the available downloads for CommentLuv.

• WordPress and WordPress MU – you can download it at the site and follow the instructions or use the Plugins download on WordPress.
• Blogger or Blogspot – this one has a bit extra to it. You have to have Intense Debate installed as your commenting system.

What You Get With Luv

So what exactly is CommentLuv and what do you get with it?

Once you install the plugin, it starts working when your readers leave comments. It automatically adds a titled link on the comment to the reader’s last blog post.

This is what it shows above the comment box.

It only shows the expanded list if you click on the drop-down.

You can keep the most recent blog post or choose an earlier one. This is a great option if you have a post related to the one where you are posting a comment.

There are several benefits for you and your readers when you add CommentLuv.

I am not an affiliate of CommentLuv, although that is available. I started using CommentLuv almost as soon as it came out in 2008. It has definitely brought others to my blog.

TIP: Another reason headlines are so important – the headline in CommentLuv is what drives people to click on the link.
