    Cathy, you really have a knack for distilling the essence of important processes!

    I’m doing a bit of marketing this week, primarily to past clients. I’m using email and I’m focused on lead generation.

      Thanks, John. I appreciate that. 🙂 Email marketing is a great tool, but also challenging to get through all the noise. Being past clients helps. At least they are less likely to dismiss you as spam. 😉 I wish you much success, John.

        For me it’s always easier to get work from past clients than from businesses I haven’t yet worked for.
