It’s Health Care Tuesday over at my health care blog, Simply stated health care.
As I am participating in the Ultimate Blog Challenge, I decided to post Health Care Tuesday at this site and Simply stated health care.
Keeping Health Care Simple
I think most Baby Boomers would agree, when we were kids, playing was the best part of a day. We had no Wii, no video games, and for a long while, no color TV.
If you ever wanted a lesson in negotiations, all you had to do was observe a kid pleading with his Mom to stay outside just five more minutes.
Our exercise was simple, and best of all, we didn’t even think of it as exercise. – it was just fun.
Keeping Health Care Fun
Ellen DeGeneres has often said we need to play more. If you watch Ellen’s show, you see that she certainly has not forgotten how to play.
I came across this video that shows the impact of making something fun out of something we’d rather avoid.
Laugh and Be Healthy
Studies have shown there are healthy benefits derived from laughter, and it’s not just good for mental health. There are physical benefits to a good belly laugh.
Laughter is the best stress reliever medicine on the market.
So, go out today and find some fun and laughter. And maybe take some stairs. Good health is music for the soul.
How do you make good health fun?
