Whether you look at the proverbial glass as half empty or half full says a lot about you. Half-full Glass

Both in life and business, it’s what you do when you don’t get a full glass that counts.

Savor What You Have

Promises of great wealth and the easy life flourish all around us.

Social media moguls are more than happy to show you how you can make six figures, while working a few hours a day. Often, they are the only individuals getting rich.

There’s nothing wrong with dreams. They inspire us. But, sometimes, we have to savor what we have. We have to look at the glass as half full.

Half Full Delight

I don’t usually write blog posts on weekends. That’s one of my half-full delights of freelancing – no work on weekends. That’s probably what is behind my mellow mood.

The Ultimate Blog Challenge is the reason I am at the keyboard this Sunday. We are at the half-way mark of the 30-day challenge. See another half-full glass.

Here’s my list of “half full glass” blessings.

1. Rare moments of working on the weekend (unlike my 30+ years in Corporate America)

2. Halfway point of Ultimate Blog Challenge for my business writing blog.

3. On the personal life side, I passed the halfway mark for raising the minimum I need to walk in my 7th 3-Day, 60-mile Walk for Breast Cancer.

We take a break for a Public Service Announcement – if you can help with a donation so I can participate in this great cause, just click on the Donate button in the right sidebar. Thank you!

4. I am well into my career as an independent business writer and the business continues to grow.

5.  And more  “get a life” blessings, I have my health and my 87-year-old mother is even healthier.

So, how do you view your business and life glass – half full or half empty? Maybe your cup runneth over.

Here’s a toast to your success.
